Step 1) First launch google chrome, and in the top left hand corner you will see a spanner icon. Click it and a drop down menu will appear, select the about google chrome option.<br />

Step 2) Now a box about google chrome will pop-up. You will notice at the bottom it will be scanning for updates. Wait for it to finish (normally under 5 seconds) and if an update if found it will tell you. If not it will say google chrome is up to date.<br />

Step 3) This is what you should see if your google chrome is up to date, if it is then you don&#8217;t need to update google chrome and you can get back to what ever you was doing! If you did get an update message then follow onto step 4.<br />

Step 4) The Update now button should be clickable if you need to update, so click the update now button, to proceed with the update.<br />

Step 5) Now google chrome will update, just wait for the update to complete and click OK.<br />

Step 6) Now the update has completed click the OK button and close down you google chrome browser for the update to take its affect.</p>

Step 1) First you will need to download the google chrome theme switcher application which can be downloaded from this website here. Once you are on the website in the middle of the page you will be met by a download box. Enter the security code then click download file now.<br />

Step 2) Once you have downloaded the theme switcher, you will need to extract it using winrar. You can download winrar from here, Once you have downloaded winrar you will need to install it. Just follow the installation process. Now move on the step 3.<br />

Step 3) Once you have installed winrar you will need to extract the theme switcher files, first you will need to locate the theme switcher folder then right click on the folder and click extract files.<br />

Step 4) Once you click on extract files another window will pop-up and you will need to set the extraction path. I just extract the files to my desktop but you have a choice. Once you have selected where you want the extracted files to go to click on OK. Now the extraction program will extract the files.<br />

Step 5) Now you have extracted the files we can now use the application, First of you will need to open the theme switcher folder which should be named &#8216;ReleaseV2.1&#8242; Once you open that folder you should have a &#8216;Google Theme Switcher.exe&#8217; Application. Right click and open that.<br />

Step 6) Now the Theme switcher application is open you can select your new theme. First make sure that google chrome isn&#8217;t running then chose your theme from the selection of themes on the left hand side then click &#8216;set theme&#8217;.<br />

Step 7) Now your new google chrome theme has been enabled! Launch google chrome and your new theme should be there.
