Though Firefox is the most popular browser in market right now but Google Chrome is started to give it tough competition with its coolest features and continues additions of many extensions.

Here we will talk about how to backup your password in Google Chrome. As we all knows Firefox has this feature for long enough and it is very popular as well. Recently Google launched a universal password manager “LastPass Password manager”.

To get it working first you have to make an account to sync your all passwords to your LastPass account safely. Once you passwords are synced you are at a better place of security.

You can enjoy risk free use of any password at any public computer with LastPass account. As your all passwords are stored in a safe place but indeed would need a master password to get access to your already saved ones.

LastPass realibility can also be distinguished as they are recommended by some big technology magazines like PC Mag, PC World, ZD Net etc

LastPass can be download from the official site for any browser right now. Download LastPass Password Manager for Google Chrome.

We have seen some excellent screencasts come from all parts of the community. Not too late for you to submit your screencast for possible use on our channels! Today, we are with Matt Fisher. He can only be a year in high school, but certainly knows his stuff! Matt goes to show everyone how to use Chrome the operating system in a virtual machine.

The first thing you need to do, of course, is to download an image of Chrome. Once downloaded, open the virtual machine program and create a new virtual machine disk. Choose the file you just downloaded chrome, and continue in its path.

Customize the settings of things like CPU usage and RAM, depending on your needs. You may only use the default setting, too. VM Your name as you wish. In this case, Matt named his Chrome.

Once Chrome is installed in your virtual machine, you must sign in with your own Google account. It will then be taken to the Google homepage, and you’re using Chrome officially in the virtual machine OS! It’s that easy to do!

Looking at the cache is generally useful in many things, one of which you can download the videos you can see in the temporary files cache. Or download recently viewed photos.

So a very small tip here on how to access the cache of Google Chrome –

Turn on “Show all hidden files and folders, as sometimes some files get hidden and can not do directly.

After the turn, go to this location in your Windows operating system –

C:/Documents and Settings/YOURUSERNAME/Local Settings/Application Data/GoogleChromeUser/DataDefaultCache

If you are a multi-user Windows user, then go to the folder containing the username you are logged into the cache while browsing.

You can delete temporary files or to go automatically after some time.
