Just after introducing drag-and-drop feature to gmail. Google officially announced yesterday that you can now simply drag an image into an e-mail, resize it and then click send.

The image will appear inline in the e-mail as opposed to an attachment, and you don’t need to enter any tags or anything else to make it work. The best part is that you don’t have to enable any setting. The only thing is that it only works with Google Chrome browser.
